Staff was friendly and spoke good English. Food wise, it was the first ever pizza we had in Italy where crust was like hard like biscuit. Asked if there was pasta with truffle and waiter said yes and pointed to pici cacio e pepe in the menu (15 euros) which they can do with truffle. Suspecting there might be additional charges, I’ve ask how much would that be, still 15 euros? And the waiter said yes, 15 euros so we ordered. We chose this place because around Pisa Tower it was the one with the best score but, in my opinion, it was pretty average. The 4 chesses pizza tasted like the frozen ones, the chesses were tasteless. We ordered 1 liter beer a la spina and when we asked for 2 more glasses the waitress said it was not possible. The torteline was small comparing to what we are used in Italy for this price and the cacao Gelato also tasted industrialized and the lemon gelato was overly sweet and not tasted like lemon.
