Gnam Gnam — Restaurant in Pistoia

We made a reservation for 16 persons at the restaurant. They said it was ok. When we arrived, we could sit at a long table, with 16 persons. There was only one waiter and one pizzaiolo for a busy place, so when we ordered our pizza's, it took a very long time before everyone received their pizza: we got our pizza's in 4 ''shifts'', causing people who finished their pizza and people who didn't even get their pizza. It took 45 minutes between the first and last pizza at our table. Maybe there was no possibility to serve all the pizza's at one time but they could have told us at the phone or when we arrived because this was not pleasant. We have to say the pizzas were tasty! So it's a nice place with good food, but not...

Recensione: se si cerca 'a vera pizza napuletana a Pistoia.... Non c' è molta scelta .. . Siamo stati indirizzati a questa pizzeria... Comodissima perché al centro di Pistoia (parcheggi non proprio vicini ma meglio così si cammina in po' e viene più bello commentare il posto...), ambiente piccolo ma gradevole.... Preparazione pizza a vista, ingredienti freschi e saporiti, cottura quasi perfetta e (credo forno non a legna quindi cottura più che soddisfacente), impasto ben tirato e steso ben idratato, con l' alveolatura del cornicione abbastanza elevata, cornicione un poco meno croccante del dovuto e pomodoro fresco e non aggressivo ... Mozzarella di qualità superiore alla media. Vino corposo ma migliorabile, il servizio ai tavoli è impeccabile con una ragazza veramente gentile sorridente e molto accogliente. Pizzaiolo gentile e ben disponibile .... Sicuramente una pizza a livello .... Prezzo giusto per la qualità....
