Al Buco Preferito Tranquillage — Restaurant in Polignano a Mare

Probably the first and last time eating there. When i sat down the waiter asked me to change the table, and i was okay with that (although the other table was not reserved or anything like that). What happened was that the waiter frowned when I picked a pizza margherita without anything else. Im being brutally honest here when i say: it was the worst margherita i've ever bought in Italy, although it was not bad. The last thing they did was asking me to pay extra for the service. Which I didn't know about, and which was new to me since other restaurants that served margherita in bari didn't charge for ( although it's the case in cafes). The only thing that ruined the trip was this place. Don't recommend it, since there are other places there that serve the same thing without frowning at you and giving you...

Pessimo per quanto mi riguarda se ci fosse stata la possibilità di mettere 0 stelle lo avrei fatto. Ho sempre frequentato le vostre sedi di Torre a mare e Bari ma oggi su Polignano mi avete davvero deluso... Inizio della serata : Ci accomodiamo in 4 consigliandoci il tavolo all'interno perché fresco con aria condizionata, ma l' aria condizionata era spenta, mentre attendiamo un altro tavolo in un'altra sala si avvicina una giovane cameriera dai capelli rossi che ci chiede se gradivamo dell'acqua nell'attesa, noi rifiutiamo spiegandole che avremmo cambiato tavolo a breve, ed inizia la prima occhiataccia senza motivo, ordiniamo due antipasti completi (che comprendono 6 terrine di terra e 3 di pesce) arrivano solo le sei di terra ..( parmigiana di melanzane e zucchine acide ,involtini di speck e mozzarella acidi, gnocchetti alla genovese acidi , gateau di patate acido , l'unica non acida era la scamorza arrostita che però dava di bruciato , quel che basta per camuffare sicuramente la sua pessima qualità) cerchiamo di informare la stessa giovane cameriera del problema ,che fa finta di non sentirci e sotto voce (credendo che non averla sentita) dice al suo collega in maniera arrogante e maleducata "VEDI TU A QUESTI" ... informiamo il capo sala del problema il quale molto educatamente si scusa per l'accaduto e ci chiede se può portarci altri tipi di antipasti , noi sempre educatamente rifiutiamo e passiamo alle pizze. Ordiniamo 4 pizze di cui un Ciccio con impasto semplice ma ci arriva uno ai cereali e una pizza che da essere base rossa arriva bianca, chiediamo sempre gentilmente se possono sostituirle con ciò che avevamo ordinato , la pizza arriva si in base rossa ma con l'aggiunta di pomodori secchi che non avevamo chiesto , per non creare ulteriori disagi non abbiamo detto nulla e l'abbiamo mangiata ugualmente eliminandoli da soli, anche se ormai il sapore della pizza non era quello desiderato. Arriviamo al conto... inizialmente volevano farci pagare ugualmente gli antipasti, poi però si sono scusati e li hanno fatti pagare a metà prezzo , io facendoli presente del mancato rispetto verso i clienti e che volevano avvelenare una donna incinta e una bambina di 2 anni si sono scusati ancora eliminando gli antipasti dal conto . Con la premessa che non ci tornerò mai più in quanto disgustata dal comportamento irrispettoso dovuto alla scarsissima...

The food was quite good. We took a few appetizers, and in one plate was an hair, which can happen, but the waiter just told us "I'll bring a new one", no sorry, no simpathy. Only the second guy apologized for it. While we where eating my friend removed a piece of glass from his mouth, and we realized that the glass he was drinking from was broken. We immediately called the waiter, who just joke on us saying that the meal is a tragedy, despite my friend could seriously injures himself. Again no sorry. Once we went to pay, they asked to pay the full price, and when we told them if at least we can have a discount for what happened, the cashier just ignored us. We had an horrible experience, this people totally don't care about...
