Worst experience ever! Avoid it!

I'll start with the end

We refused to eat some pasta they cooked because it tasted horrible and it were full of water, oil and low in composition. We refused it saying that we can't pay for it because it tasted really bad.

The manager came to us along with 3 more employees and angrily with both of the hands on table said to us that the pasta are good and somebody else is eating it and it's ok. Well, it was not. We said that is not ok, he would not even wanted to listen to us about our "food uncertanty" and said that it ok and very nervous talking to us. Then I said that my pasta (a second dish ) was bad: extremly salty and the mussels were 40% empty inside and served just like this...bad again Could not eat the food, we called in the bill and wanted to leave faster from there - coperto? Of course, 8 euro ( 4 unitsx2euro ).

In the end, they did not move a muscle to ask us if it's ok, if they can change something about the food...bad.

Order: took about 40 minutes for the dishes to arrive, not even announced us before taking the order that it will take so long. their menu is draftish ( we ordered risotto and it was waterrish ) bad food, extremly salty food and full of water. high price for low quality food, looking bad.

Staff and space: angry staff and did not listen to what you say. dirty tables some people were keeping their dog on the table dirty glasses very dirty bathroom very disrespectfull attitude from the staff for their mistakes with the food. the bred we asked for was burned

From outside: we decided to eat there because of the restaurant presentation from outside and because during wednesday most of the good restaurant are closed.

They have to rethink all the restaurant, the "sallon boss", do some cleaning and chage the glasses they serve in.

I have never reviewed a restaurant 1 star because i always think of the restaurant owners and how hard is to thrive as an entrepreneur in this bussiness. However, the experience at this restaurant was so bad that i had to share with other people who might want to dine here. Starting with waiter who was so irritated to attend us and take our order, then continuing with the food. The tables were squeezed next to each other that you had no privacy or place to move your seat without hitting the chair behind you. I have ordered oven seabass fillet and a salad. Order came in less than 10 minutes which made me wonder how come the fish was cooked so fast. The fish was not even cooked properly and the sauce was just so sour that i didnt even understand what was i served. Salad was small and bland, lettuce so dry, no taste and not fresh at all. Not to mention the fish cost was 15 euro and the salad 5 euro. I left the place feeling hungry and ripped off. Avoid this place if you don’t wanna risk...
