I just finished eating and having drinks with my fiancé here, great experience! The location is amazing! A couple of steps away from the Domenico statue with a view of the ocean. The drinks were great! The aperol spritz was perfect and the drink I ordered was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the food they offer. The mameli sandwich was delicious! The focaccia was piping hot and fresh, the carpaccio was delicious with a nice mozzarella sauce laid out on top of the sandwich. One of the best focaccias we have had on our trip. We also tried the parmigiano e mortadella focaccia flatbread which was ok when compared to the mameli but, still good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall, it was one of our favorite dining experiences during our trip to Italy. I would 100% return if we were to return to Polignano A Mare.

WOW! We had 2 cocktails one night and it was the best cocktails we’ve ever had. The quality of the alcool is incredible. We came back another night and had « pinse » which is a kind of pizza with 85% water in the dough that makes it really different to a pizza. If you like street food, it’s not to be missed in Polignano a mare. We had 2 different cocktails and once again, it blew our minds. You can scan the menu to get the English one and the service is quick and they are very nice. I strongly suggest. Ps: we are vegetarian but the meat options looked really nice too.

We found the pinsa, i.e. the Apulian name for focaccia, very tasty. The ingredients are fresh and the service provided by Dada cordial. The barmen were also two friendly chaps who gave us some tips on where to get some good Italian gelato. The prices are OK for Polignano because it has become a very popular destination amongst tourists from all over the world. A pinsa here will cost you around €10-15 each and a soft drink about €2-4. The bar is facing the sea which is quite a relaxing experience when no to few cars are driving in front of it.
