We have spent almost 3 days in Italy all together, never have we experienced this kind of "service". The place looks extremely attractive at first, however the staff and their rude and unprofessional attitude worsen it.
My friends and I (5pax) bumped up on this place by accident, but saw the colorful ambience and decided to have a seat and drink some coffee. Three waiters told us to "wait a second", and ordered 35 minutes after we have sat.
Since the restaurant does not have a proper "roof" over most of the tables, we have required to move to another table (table for 2) which was the only one available. The waiter told my PREGNANT friend that she can forget about it since we are a party of 5.
From our arrival to Naples to our visit to Positano (not to mention we all work in Croatia in the same industry - hospitality, restaurant etc.) we have never experienced this type of rudeness, unprofesionalism and pure evil attitude...
Read moreThe best thing about this restaurant is the view. Unfortunately, on our visit we did not receive good service. Whilst I would understand this if they were busy, there were only 3 tables occupied at the time we were there. We stopped for a drink and a snack whilst exploring Positano and were very disappointed. The service was slow and not particularly friendly or accommodating. We went to the bar to order after waiting nearly 20minutes for someone to come and check on us, when we did, we were told (and not politely) to sit back down and a waiter would be with us. Despite raising the fact we were ready to order it took another 10minutes for someone to come to us. So unfortunately, would not recommend. Can't blame short staffing for this experience as there were plenty of staff, they were just more interested in talking to each other than the 3 tables that had...

They don’t clearly state what they’re selling. We ordered a “pizza” for €13 because it is what the menu says, and it turned out to be just a single slice. When they told us, we said no thanks; we wouldn’t eat. The waiter and cashier got upset and waved their hands around, saying the order had already been sent and couldn’t be canceled, even though not even a full minute had passed.
I live in a country where you’re expected to tip for good service, but this was a disappointing, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience. The only bright spot was talking to an Argentinian waiter who was super empathetic and understood our frustration. It’s a shame not everyone there had the...
