Eden Sky Bar Positano — Restaurant in Positano

We reserved a spot to have drinks and snacks while watching the sunset. It was quite quiet for a Friday night and we had our pick of the place at 7pm. We sat up by the pool in the corner with an amazing view. The cocktails looked interesting, but were a premium (40 euros?!) for their signature items. We decided to invest in a bottle of wine instead. The sommelier came by and suggested a lovely Greco di Tufo that fit the notes we were looking for in a 60 euro range. We slow sipped the wine and had some delicious complimentary snacks while the scene changed with the sun. We had planned to order food, but nothing popped out from their bar menu. Our spot was right beside their restaurant Adamo and Eva, so we could see some of the food going there as well but was not available on our menu. Our server was quite busy and neglected us for some time, so feeling guilty he brought us a couple canapés to try which were very good. Me and my wife went here for appertivo one night of our stay in Positano. The views from this spot are unreal and it is small enough to feel like you are just out of the craziness of positano. We had drinks and they provided some free snacks while we were taking in the spectacular view. We also ordered a pizza and that was surprisingly great! My wife got some makeup on her white dress and one of our servers, Christian went above and beyond to get the stain out. As we were getting the check, they were kind enough to gives us some limoncello on the house! Wonderful rooftop style bar with a stunning view, elevated cocktails and an attentive staff. Everyone here tended to my husband and I the entire time. Luckily we had a violinist performing during our dine who interacted with the crowd, making sure we were all having a great time.
