This Pizzeria Del Sol: This is a small, place! However, the pizza here is the absolute BEST ever! The crust is perfection, no comparison to any we have ever had! Better by far than any pizzeria ever, including those places in Brooklyn, NYC, where you wait in line for five hours. It is a unique amalgam of NYC, Neapolitan, and Firenze thin crust finished to absolute perfection! And the combinations of toppings runs the gamut from “traditional,” which are awesome to the owner’s unique combinations that are just so creative and so delicious! Small, casual, informal dining: We ate outside. And it was a meal that I will remember that its own “Michelin Three Star” experience in and of itself!! When in Roma, make a special trip here! Amazing pizza and lovely authentic cafe in the centre of Rome. Visited this place with my friends for a small dinner. In total, we ordered three pizzas - with tuna, classic Margarita and with artichokes. The quality of food is really good. Thin crispy pastry and plenty of filling (especially cheese!). Nice and delicious pizza,with a good and smiling staff approach and they are ready with a clear explaining about the food they have. The place is quite with no noise,as they are in a residential area. The pizza came with a few minutes after sitting. Price wise it's affordable,and also there is a free parking space near by.
