I have been living in Rome for almost a year now and I can confirm that this is my favorite place in the whole city. The variety of food allows for anybody with a small to large appetite to indulge in the wonders that Nada and Samantha dish up. From their sandwiches to their soups, everything is bite is packed with flavor. My favorite is the sandwich known as the Aya. As seen in the picture, no crumbs were left. Read moreI have been eating here for almost 4 months now. I have tried every thing on the menu. There isn’t a single bad item on the menu, it is ALL good! From the hot and and cold appetizers, to the sandwiches and rice dishes: The food here is an absolute must have. Additionally, the staff are genuinely wonderful. They are the kindest and most genuine people here in Rome. If you want something different from Roman food, or just really good comforting food in general, come here and enjoy delicious middle eastern food. Keep an open mind, you will not be disappointed. :))
P.S If Aqla is in the kitchen that day, the food will be extra good because it was...

Every appetizer is fantastic but the muttabaq di verdure especially stands out, as do the Aya and Maher sandwiches. Also, the hot sauce is made in house and was good enough that we got some extra to take home We came in close to closing and Nada and her friend were delightful, we stayed an hour past closing just to chat and got some amazing advice about...
