So I went there for breakfast. I ordered a cup of green tea. I was told no problem. We have a green tea. I got a big cup of hot tea (only half full ) and a teabag with fruit infusion. Still trying to figure out what does a fruit infusion have common with green tea? 🤨 So I ask again for green tea. And finally I got a teabag....but guess what... It was black tea. Well, well, don't order green tea there as you never know what you will get here. Maybe the music was too loud and they couldn't not hear....maybe the staff is not so customer...

Questa sera abbiamo ordinato tre tipi di accompagnamento per i nostri aperitivi. Vengono serviti su delle piramidi di taglieri, messi uno sopra l'altro. Essendo sette amici la cameriera ci ha consigliato di prenderne almeno uno per tre persone in modo da mangiare abbastanza per ognuno (20 euro a piramide di taglieri). Ordinato il tutto ci aspettavamo per l'appunto tre piramidi e invece ne è arrivata solo una dicendo che in cucina hanno messo la quantità di tre in una piramide sola...allora...primo: se ordino tre piramidi da 20 euro cadauna ne devono arrivare tre, secondo: me lo dici subito che ne arriverà una con la quantità di cibo superiore e poi io decido cosa fare, terzo: ovviamente non avrei mai accettato se lo avessi saputo perché dentro una piramide non c'era assolutamente la quantità di salumi e formaggi di tre piramidi, ma era praticamente identica a quella del tavolo affianco che ne aveva ordinata solamente una porzione. In parole povere abbiamo pagato tre taglieri per riceverne uno e sentendoci dire che il cibo era di più della singola porzione. L'ho fatto notare, i camerieri sono sbiancati e non hanno avuto il coraggio di negarlo. CONSIGLIO PREZIOSO: per tutti gli sventurati clienti, se ordinate uno, due, tre o quattro taglieri pretendete che siano numericamente e fisicamente quelli e non fatevi dire che hanno messo tutto dentro un tagliere solo (bugia, bugia,...

The food was really good. The issue came when we were paying. I think we were scammed. The waiter brought the bill, but when we were paying, he demanded a 10% service charge. We tried to protest it, was not on the receipt. He then brought another receipt which had a vat tax break down and passed that as the “service charge”. Though we paid it, it left a bitter taste in mouths. It’s sad that the waiters scam...
