A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home (and Heaven!) Fabrica is one of those places you almost don’t want to tell anyone about—just so you can keep it all to yourself. A true hidden gem, tucked away with its effortlessly cool industrial-chic style, yet warm and welcoming atmosphere.

I’ve come here for everything from aperitivi to tea time, and each visit is an experience in comfort, taste, and pure joy. But what really steals the show? The cakes. One more delicious than the other—honestly, it feels like a little piece of heaven in every bite.

Yesterday was a full-blown flavour fairytale. I had the apple crumble pie and a triple chocolate slice, while my friend went for the pear crumble. Every mouthful was a journey—rich, balanced, comforting, and unforgettable. Like stepping into a magical land of flavours.

I couldn’t stop myself from writing this review just to say: chapeau to the chef and the owner. You can tell that every detail—from the packaging to the branding—has been crafted with passion and precision.

With so many restaurants in Rome, it's hard to find a decent restaurant that is consistent and the food is great. I was able to find that at Fabrica. The outside decor doesn't remind me of a restaurant but the inside is more appealing and appropriate of a seat dine dining. The waiter was fluent in English and very helpful, courteous and made some great recommendations

I ordered the English breakfast and it was cooked as ordered and it was one of the best breakfasts I had while in Rome. The portion sizes were appropriate for the price and bacon, oh the bacon reminded me of bacon you find in your local grocery store in the United States.

If I do make it back to Rome in the future, I definitely have a reliable restaurant for breakfast and their pastries are delicious great also. This was definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Rome....

As a tourist who’s been to Rome for the second time I never saw such rude and not friendly behavior in a cafe!! We found their place on google map and went there. Although it was totally visible, at least 7 tables were free, the guy there said there’s no free table. He mentioned you can wait, maybe there will be a table for us! As he asked we waited almost 10 minutes and people were leaving the place but he still didn’t ask us to get a table!! Also he asked us to wait outside!!
