At first, everything seems great. Nice location, fast service, very very nice waiter (specifically the young black guy who is sort of thin). But the mood changed when I asked to bill out. The very nice guy came and I asked to bill out, then another waiter (older black man) also came who then quickly tidy things up in my table (first of all, how did he know I was billing out already, I didn't stay long and still have food on the table, 2nd of all, there are still plenty of empty tables and no customers are waiting to be seated). Nonetheless, the very nice waiter kindly asked me if I want coffee or dessert, but then the older waiter rudely cut him off saying “Noooooo!!” repeatedly. I wasn’t planning to get coffee anyway, buy I was confused affff and was offended by his actions. I confusingly stared at him then suddenly he smiled and asked where I came from (I still answered politely) and then he offered 1pc of chocolate (I didn't eat it and left it there). It’s a pity that the nice experience turned into a bad one at the last minute. I hope the older waiter can learn from the young very nice waiter about...

The food quality was far below expectations, particularly concerning freshness.
First, the tomatoes in both the sandwich and omelette I ordered were far from fresh. They had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it clear they were spoiled. This significantly affected the taste of both dishes, making them inedible. I was surprised that such ingredients were served, as it raised concerns about the overall food safety at the restaurant.
In addition to the issue with the tomatoes, the rest of the food also lacked freshness. The bread in the sandwich was stale, and the eggs in the omelette had a strange texture, further indicating that the ingredients were not fresh.
On a positive note, the waiters were very friendly and did their best to provide good service. However, even their excellent attitude couldn’t make up for the disappointing food.
I hope the restaurant addresses these concerns, as the staff’s friendliness deserves to be matched by better food quality. Unfortunately, given this experience, I’m...
Read moreAfter 4 days of being in Roma, I feel that I insulted my stomach by eating in this place.
Me and my family ordered the salmon, steak (or "steak"), and cotoletta di Milano.
The salmon was severely undercooked, and it was raw in some places. Fortunately, after we pointed it out, they cooked it some more (not a new salmon), and it was edible.
The "steak" was very chewy, hard, and not really salvageable. Not to mention edible. Even the waiter couldn't cut it in front of me. At least they offered me a discount, so that's why the customer service is rated so high.
The cotoletta was fine. It wasn't seasoned at all, but salt did the trick, so it was edible. But it wasn't good. It wasn't bad either. Just "fine".
Oh, and the sauce for the ravioli felt as if it was store bought and made in a hurry.
All in all, it's not really worth your money. I get it, it's close to the Vatican, so it is tempting. But do yourself a favour and...
