Caffè Ninì Bistrot — Restaurant in Rome

The owner refused to let me use the bathroom. There are no rest spots near by so I asked to use to the toilet. He claimed its broken although people were eating there. I would I have bought something but he shot me down because he thought I was a migrant .

Update to response given - When I went to this restaurant I spoken Italian not in English I can tell you a 100% he told me the bathroom was broken he said it with confidence. When I try to explain to him that there were no other places nearby because there never is in Rome he again reinforce his statement. And he told me the bathroom was broken go look somewhere around the corner where I had just come from where everything near this area was closed. Congratulazioni per aver lavorato con gli stranieri. Tuttavia, devi anche assicurarti di sapere come parlare con le persone se non vuoi che usino il tuo bagno e hai delle persone. Quindi hai riservato il bagno solo per le persone sedute a tavola, non per le persone che comprano cose dal bancone. La location merita attenzione soprattutto perché, a pranzo specialmente, è assolata. Il locale offre una discreta qualità di cibi per la colazione, compresi dolci fatti in casa. Un po' meno qualità sul cibo offerto come aperitivo mentre ottima qualità sul menù cena, ricercata, espressa e in linea con la stagione. Insomma sì capisce che il locale punta al servizio serale di ristorazione e forse la location glielo permette pure. Rimane solo un dubbio: la strada è un po' isolata e la frequentazione serale è un po' scarsa sia nel circondario che nel locale stesso. Ma è assolutamente un angolo di San Giovanni dove si può trovare una giusta intimità senza per forza stare nelle strade più rinomate del quartiere. Da provare... Prezzi un po' alti ma ripeto...
