CasaMora is hands down the culinary equivalent of finding a $100 bill in your pocket - unexpected, thrilling, and unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a dream team: the hostess and the sommelier, who made us feel like royalty. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names (blame the wine for that), but they deserve all the recognition. The sommelier paired wines so perfectly with each dish you'd think they had psychic abilities. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a Michelin star hiding in the back kitchen, just waiting to be hung up.

Now, onto the food - because WOW. We ordered half the menu (purely for research purposes, of course). The fettuccine Bolognese was so good my girlfriend declared it her favorite pasta of all time, and honestly, I can’t argue. That is, until the ziti alla Genovese hit the table, which was my favorite and officially ruined me for all other pasta. Imagine a sauce so rich and flavorful, you’d happily adopt it as your new best friend.

The suppli were little golden nuggets of cheesy happiness, the tacos alla Genovese were a genius mash-up of Italian and Mexican vibes, and the gateau di patate had me questioning why I’ve ever eaten plain potatoes in my life. Oh, and the abbacchio? Let’s just say lamb will never be the same for me again.

For dessert, we went all out and got both options because life’s too short to pick just one. The tartelletta was divine, but the chocolate mousse? Absolute showstopper. I’d fight someone for the last bite of that mousse.

All in all, CasaMora feels like a secret you almost don’t want to share, but it’s too good not to. Do yourself a favor and get here before the crowds do - because trust me, they will. And bring someone you love so you can argue over whose...

⭐️⭐️ CasaMora - Esperienza Sottotono e Disorganizzazione Siamo stati da CasaMora domenica scorsa (2 novembre) in due, avendo chiamato e prenotato specificamente per il Brunch (menù fisso). Arrivati, veniamo fatti accomodare e sul tavolo era già presente il menù del Brunch. Il cameriere ci ha illustrato con cura il funzionamento e le proposte. Scegliamo e ordiniamo. Fin qui tutto bene. La delusione è arrivata 15 minuti dopo, quando lo stesso cameriere è tornato scusandosi e comunicandoci che "si erano sbagliati" e quel giorno non facevano il Brunch, ma era disponibile solo il menù alla carta. Non ci siamo scoraggiati e abbiamo deciso di rimanere, ordinando i piatti (a detta loro, curati da uno Chef di origine partenopea). • Abbiamo preso una parmigiana: buona, ma nulla di eccezionale o memorabile. • Successivamente, abbiamo atteso 45/50 minuti per i primi piatti. Una volta arrivati, erano proprio "fatti senza sentimento". Il sapore era discreto, ma sinceramente avrei cucinato meglio io a casa. Con più impegno, avremmo potuto goderci il pranzo molto di più. La location è carina, ma c'era parecchia confusione tra chi ci serviva. Spero sia stata solo un'eccezione per quel giorno. We were looking for a restaurant for a friend's birthday, and we are so glad we found CasaMora through google. The food was fantastic, and we loved our server. We are tourists and did not speak Italian, but our server did his best to communicate with us while making us feel so comfortable throughout the evening. Would highly recommend coming here and enjoying an evening with the team...
