Chopsticks Trastevere — Restaurant in Rome

The food was very very good but a bit too expensive. At this price you expect better quality. There was one staff that didn't speak Italian, and spoke bad English. We had difficulties in communicating and because of that we waited longer for our dishes. It's nice that they include people from different countries in the staff. The interior is good looking, 7/10. The entrance is meh, seems like a night club because it isn't very visible and has a really shabby aspect. 2/10. For the rest staff was really nice with us, even served us a smaller dish of ramen (the standard version is gigantic), and accommodated ALL of our needs. Why only 2 stars? Though the food was good there wasn't anything special about it (you want something more interesting at this price). We got served really late, people that came after us got served before us. A senior customer was really upset about the lights going out for a birthday celebration (nobody was warned). The inside is really spacious tho. I have been here yesterday and I couldn’t recommend enough! The menu is all you can eat, so as far as I know, at the restaurant there aren’t other options. Price it’s 29,90 if I’m not wrong but I think totally worth, because they have some special dishes included in the menu, which it was very surprisingly good. As highlights: tako su edamame, sake ponzu, tartare salmone and mango, ceviche do pesce Bianco (al coconut). The flowers sushi jo all them are very good- I love Philadelphia, but one of them had too much on top, which was not a problem because I could remove a bit, but overall delicious. All the roll I had, were tasty! And you can order half portion, so you can have bigger variety. The staff were super attentive since the beginning to the end. Basically you order everything (a part of the drinks) from the tablet. They have wine glasses (5-6€) and wine half bottle(10€) available. Buon sushi in un bel locale vicino il centro storico.

Chopsticks è un ristorante di cucina giapponese/cinese che si trova a Trastevere. Essendo in una zona abbastanza centrale può essere raggiunto comodamente con i mezzi, infatti due linee autobus si fermano nelle vicinanze e poco distante si trova la stazione ferroviaria di Trastevere. Invece il problema di avere la macchina, come quasi sempre a roma, è quello del parcheggio, dato che il ristorante non dispone di un parcheggio privato. Quindi potrebbe essere l'ideale per una cena e un post serata a Trastevere, quartiere ricco di locali.

Il ristorante è caratterizzato da più sale, molto belle, grandi e curate. Diversi tavoli sono separati gli uni dagli altri da dei separé. È un posto anche abbastanza elegante.

Riguardo la cena è possibile ordinare il menu alla carta o il menù all you can eat, il secondo ha un prezzo di 29€ a cena, quindi prezzo nella norma. La carta dei vini è abbastanza fornita, presenta varie scelte e tutte ottime. Anche in questo caso i prezzi sono nella norma.

Riguardo il sushi mi aspettavo una qualità migliore e una scelta più ampia, non tutte le pietanze mi hanno lasciato soddisfatto. I ravioli al vapore di manzo erano quasi insapore e il salmone non era niente di che. Molto buoni invece il gambero e i roll in generale. Quelli che ho apprezzato di più sono quelli philadelpia e con i gambero fritto.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e attento, i piatti sono arrivati quasi subito e sono rimasto soddisfatto dal servizio.

Il ristorante non ha barriere architettoniche, è quindi accessibile per tutti senza problemi.
