First of the service they provided was very bad and unprofessional also the food wasn’t great we ordered Fanta they give as soda orange.They was rushing as to leave the restaurant as soon we was about to finish our food. charge £5 service charge on top the bill for the rubbish service they provided . specially the man was looking awkward making as all uncomfortable. Refused to give as the seat we wanted instead he told as to seat next to the exit door where everyone was making weird noises very uncomfortable. Non quasi male come ambiente e servizio Anche se devo dire che ho trovato e visto i due responsabili veramente svogliati e spocchiosi Nel fare il propio lavoro Ma questo pare una consuetudine in altri locali della stessa catena Detto ciò ieri ho trovato disgustose di sapore e consistenza le costolette fatte da questo locale Piatto bollente per mantenere fredde le stesse, che è propio un controsenso Almeno negli altri locali sono tiepide Carne veramente ancora da cuocere bene fin troppo e sopratutto da togliere del tutto la pellicola di grasso Visto che ne dovrebbero essere sprovviste e sopratutto dovrebbero essere davvero tenere come un burro D'altronde però devo dire che invece per quanto riguarda le alette di pollo e le tenders Ottime davvero sia di cottura e consistenza Ottime e bollenti quelle fritte E grandi a differenza di altri locali e sopratutto polpose le stesse alette e cosette Molto buone davvero Ci tornerò volentieri per le stesse Sperando che siano ottime come questa volta Ritornando alle costolette Da sconsigliare davvero per la mancata bontà della carne e sopratutto non idoneità della cottura Tanto è vero che anche in altro tavolo a fatto notare sia la freddura che la cottura Caffè e dolce visto che sono un franchising non l'ho voluto prendere Perché magari è tanto e uguale agli altri Mi dimenticavo di dire e aprire una parentesi per i nachos offerti Indecentemente duri e stantii Anche questo locale propone salse apparte Nonostante proponga la maglionese e il ketchup nei dosatori di prima E peggio ancora i giri successivi delle costolette e delle alette sono ancor più miseri degli altri Costolette davvero piccole...

The place is nice and clean ... it can take up many people in the same time due the space availability... went there early August for dinner and we ordered steak ... everything tasted good but didn't meet my expectations... staff were friendly and explained some of the menu items to us since there are some items we can eat. My only taken on is the portions offered were not in line with amount paid... other than that everything was good and hopefully the portion thing will be considered by...
