CIACCO - Restaurant Bistrò — Restaurant in Rome

We had the pleasure of dining here the first night out and were blown away by the experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely top-notch, our waiter was attentive without ever being intrusive, always keeping an eye out to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.

What stood out was the personal touch. When we ordered, they proactively asked about dietary preferences and intolerances (like lactose), which was very thoughtful. The wine recommendation was spot on and perfectly matched to our meals.

The atmosphere was warm and elegant, and the dishes were incredibly delicious. They clearly give you a classic italien dining experience with genuine care.

Their menu only had alcohol drinks, but I can't have alcohol for medical reasons, so I asked if they had anything non-alcoholic. The waiter started listing drinks I never heard of, so I just said "the first". I had had a few sips of my second drink when I realised I felt tipsy. Turns out there was a miscommunication! I felt bad for the waiter until they charged me for both drinks! I was willing to pay for the first, because I drank it all, but I only had some sips of the second and they endangered my health! I came here with a work colleague before. Thought they were nice. This time I went there myself and stood there for like 5 mins to ask for a table, inside, and staff were very unfriendly! All three of them did quite well in not making eye contact and ignoring me. So I left and sat at a very friendly place 30 meters away.
