Looks nice enough and I was excited to try there as it is outside of our bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast has an arrangement for the breakfast to be provided there. The staff are generally ignorant, unfriendly and there are racist undertones going on. We tried to sit for a drink and were told they are fully booked despite them not using a booking system.

We went elsewhere and returned on our way back to ask about breakfast time. I was told by a waiter he didn't speak English before he perfectly translated what I'd just asked into Italian for someone else to respond to my question about breakfast times. The person responded. I think he meant he doesn't speak 'TO' English.

Upon breakfast the general attitude and unfriendliness of staff led to me just drinking my coffee and leaving as I decided not to spend any of my money there to upgrade the croissant I was offered to anything more substantial where I'd have to pay money to be treated rudely. We left and bought pizza later.

At night the area is busy and bustling with young people and the bars generally have a feeling of not being particularly welcoming or...

This place was completely out of touch. We were seated and it took 30 whole minutes to get our order taken. 2 other table orders were taken before ours who sat after us. I had to flag down 3 different waiters before one took the order. 2 other tables left because of this but with my sunk cost already in place, I figured ahh what is another 10 mins. There is no system in place, it’s basically la la land.

When we finally ordered it was relatively painless even though they didn’t bring an ice bucket for a bottle of white wine ordered. The Tonneralo was relatively good, cooked perfectly. Unfortunately that can’t be said about the carbonara which was under cooked and tasted like chewing on uncooked dough. The steak was over cooked and rough to the chew.

I guess if you didn’t care about any of this, then perhaps worth a visit to fill the...

DO NOT COME HERE, THE FOOD IS AWFUL. Clearly the people who wrote these good reviews have absolutely no idea what true italian food is- I could have bought a pre made dish from a supermarket and it would’ve tasted better. The food was clearly FROZEN and REHEATED, definitely not fresh- they couldn’t even be bothered to put at least some fresh herbs after reheating it. They probably DONT CLEAN THE DISH they use to reheat meals because my food had a strong taste of bacon and carbonara- which was NOT what I ordered, so that must’ve been the last thing they reheated before mine. This is incredibly PROBLEMATIC if I were vegetarian because I would’ve unknowingly eaten meat, but that is beside the point. Go to a different restaurant in this area because this was clearly a disgusting TOURIST TRAP. I couldn’t even...

YUM! You won't regret stopping by this place. We were checking out another recommendation and the line was so long and our stomachs were growling, we couldn't wait. We googled places close by and this spot had an even better google rating than our initial recommended restaurant so we decided to stop in. The cozy patio is where we made ourselves at home. The Arancine al ragù was seasoned perfectly with a thin layer of potato, perfectly fried. Next we had the TONNARELLO AMATRICIANA and RAVIOLI. Both were fabulous but we preferred the Amatriciana. The waiter also suggested his favorite wine and it did NOT disappoint (Sedara). We finished dinner off with a bite sized Sicilian Cassata (our first time trying) and it was the perfect little bite of sweetness. Love love loveeeeedd it!

Amazing. Food, Service, Location. To start, the staff are extremely friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and go above & beyond. Our waiter even ordered us a taxi and waited to confirm it. Food was amazing. Lasagna Bolognese was absolutely outstanding, by far the best lasagna we had in Rome. Pasta Alta Gricia was amazing as well. Ravioli was nice, definitely homemade, and were quite big. Pizza was more of a Sicilian style with a heavy focus on the artisan style bread/crust. Tiramisu and wine were great as well. We went for dinner while the venue was dark and it was beautiful. It is located on a beautiful dim lit alley which looks amazing at night and during the day. Priced very reasonably considering the high quality food and service. Highly recommend.
