THE SPA | 5 stars
It is just like it looks in all the photos. A very tranquil space and almost unreal Roman bath vibe. The tub is the centerpiece and is so comfortable and fun. There is a day bed to relax on. Intense steam room. And shower. Our package included a bottle of dry Prosecco and meat and cheese Board. Tons of roses and candles everywhere.
You truly just spend your time in this room. They let you in at your appointment time and then you choose your own adventure for the next two hours. It’s really great and so worth doing. Relaxing, romantic, and unique.
Do this and then leave.
THE MASSAGE | -1 stars
It’s almost comical how bad it was.
Our package included a 50 min couples massage after the 2 hour spa open time.
First - the rooms aren’t set up for couples massages (just one permanent table). So they cart in the equivalent of a folding card table with a hole in the middle for the second person and plop it in the middle of the room. It was the most uncomfortable table I’ve ever laid on. My wife had the other and had to poke a hole in the top sheet that was covering the hole for her face because she couldn’t breathe. So uncomfortable.
The massage itself was more like a lazy oil rub. No pressure. Certainly no technique. It was what you might expect if elementary school aged children watched a few YouTube videos on how to massage. It is relaxing in a way, but certainly not a massage by any traditional definition. We burst out laughing when we left (each thinking the other person had a better experience).
The biggest faux pas was at the end when they just start rubbing oil on your face. No massage place ever does this (for good reason). And it was a lot of oil too. They tried to rub our temples (well, lightly graze) but didn’t even know where the temples were. It felt like we were being pranked - honestly.

Again, the spa experience is so wonderful and worth it. You should absolutely go. I just urge you to avoid the massage packages as this is not the...
Read moreThis was a wonderful experience for my boyfriend and I on our date night. The entrance is a little tucked out of the way so I was worried about finding it, but the entrance is clearly marked. You ring the doorbell to request entrance and they let you in. There is a single room for changing with robes and sandals set out. We had no need for a locker as we were the only patrons there, so we left our things on the bench in the changing room. The spa itself contained a hot bath which stayed hot throughout the entire 2 hour reservation, a bed with pillows, an aromatherapy shower, a steam room, and a massage table. We were provided complimentary hot tea, water, white wine, and a board with bread, meat, and cheese which my boyfriend loved! We picked the rose petal option and the entire room was beautifully decorated with petals. The rooms were dimly lit and clean. The staff were very welcoming and provided us with towels upon request when we were finished and there was a hairdryer...
Read moreExtremely nice and relaxing place to really come down after a long journey or during a busy vacation! We did the donna victoria program and couples massage, and it did not disappoint. Extremely friendly staff thats always ready to help, and very nice facilities. The first two hours were completely private, which made it a very relaxing and intimate experience for me and my partner. The massage therapists were really nice and professional. The only thing is that the booking website doesn't make it clear what you get exactly with your program. For example, we thought we might get a bottle of wine with our program, as we saw in other people's reviews, so I would suggest making that more clear on the website. Also, it's pretty expensive, but I think that is okay for such...
