Danke Ennio! Grazie mile! Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hintereinander in der Ennioteca. Am ersten Abend wählten wir ein Tex Mex und einen griechischen Salat, als Vorspeise eine Kombination aus 4 köstlichen diversen Bruschettas. Alles wurde mit viel Liebe angerichtet und präsentiert. Der Hausherr überlegte sich, welchen Wein er uns anbieten kann, lies diesen nach Vorstellung probieren. Er passte super und wir wählten diesen. Am zweiten Abend kamen nach dem Abendessen beim Restaurant in der Nähe. Er bot uns einen anderen sehr leckeren abrundenden roten Wein an, anschließend wählten wir einen Tiramisu und eine Creme Catalana, dazu brachte uns der Hausherr selbst einen leckeren süßen (Dessert)wein, dieser passte perfekt. Ennio war wirklich ein professioneller und toller Gastgeber, der unsere Romreise perfekt abrundete. Er gab und auf Nachfrage Empfehlungen zu Weinen im Umkreis unseres nächsten Stops. Absolute Weiterempfehlung und wir kommen definitiv beim unserer nächsten Romreise wieder.

We were lucky to stumble upon the Ennioteca for a birthday dinner on our way to the central bus station. The owner is an absolute wine expert and we enjoyed a Kerner from south tirol an delicious anti pasti plate and very tasty small plates like cheese souffle and aubergines in tomatoe sauce. All in a warm and very friendly athmosphere and reasonably priced. This secret hideout in an area with several nice bars is truly the place to go in the area. Clear recommendation - we hope to...
