Fallo Carico — Restaurant in Rome

My friend and I were strolling through the streets when we got a little thirsty for alcohol and we passed this place where they offered all large cocktails for 4 euro! Sounded nice and we sat down. So we were drinking our pina coladas calmy and thought about ordering more when suddenly the owner (?) came and told us to pay the drinks. We weren't even half finished and told her we would order more but she insisted on us paying at this random time. So we paid with card and she charged 5 euro for each drink. We were wondering: maybe service? But before we could ask she already went away, we didn't care too much anymore and just left. Pina colada was...

The most disgusting place in the street. We were just walking by and he forced us to sit and drink there. And right after paying he said we have to drink on our feet even though there was a table available, and in the second we finished our drinks he told us to leave or order another. It is horrible....
