Got to Goodyâs shortly before 6pm. The place was not busy nevertheless we were directed to sit between other diners in a cold and draughty position. We asked to move to one of the many empty tables in a more cosy position, but were told that all the tables there were reserved for a large group. After 5 minutes of getting uncomfortably chilly at the original table we begged to move to one of the âreservedâ tables. The server relented and let us move, though with the warning that if the large group arrived we would have to move back. It was 6pm and the large group was not expected until 6:45pm. Our order arrived swiftly, though oddly my dish was only lukewarm. I ate it because I was very hungry and did not want to risk any delay in returning it to be heated and thus being moved back to our original cold and draughty place.    Read moreGoody quickly became our favorite breakfast spot in Rome. We dropped in three mornings in a row and were impressed every time. The food is fresh, generously portioned, and beautifully presented. Their espresso is outstandingâsmooth, rich, and the perfect kick-start to the day.
Highlights:
Croissants: Flaky, buttery pastry with delicious fillings. The pistachio cream is a must-try, while the chocolate and classic custard versions are equally irresistible.
Sandwiches: Made to order with quality ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. Ideal if you want something savory.
Pancakes: Light, fluffy, and served with just the right amount of toppings. Great for anyone craving a sweet brunch option.
Service is friendly and efficient, and prices feel fair for the quality you receive. Whether youâre after a quick espresso and pastry or a more leisurely breakfast, Goody is well worth a visit. Highly...

When the drink arrived, the soda was flat. I kindly asked our server to change it or I would order a different drink. What a huge mistake. This caused the entire restaurant to go into a frenzy. The manager started screaming and refused to make another drink. Our poor server almost had to beg him to make the drink again. She was almost in tears. We had a table of 8 and nobody liked their food. The beer was served warm. I never got my replacement drink and I had to argue with them to remove it from the check. The manager wouldnât even face us, would send the server with messages. Not to mention all the other tables around us that had no relation to us were also complaining about one thing or another....
