The best pizza/meal we had in Italy! We kept talking about it into the next day. Thin, crisp wood-fired crust with fresh toppings with a perfect flavor balance. I got the tricolore (mozzarella, rocket, and cherry tomatoes without red sauce, but with really good olive oil and a maybe hint of salt? instead). It was spectacular. Everyone else loved their choices as well (Napoli and Capricciosa). Looking around the restaurant at all the gorgeous varied options people were eating, I don't think you can go wrong. One pizza per per person was satisfying but not uncomfortably filling. For an average of €8 per pizza, this place is a steal! It had the feel of a neighborhood restaurant, full of locals, there for a relaxed dinner with their families (including one baby and a dog), well lit, with the football game on the TV. Our server was very friendly and spoke English and gave us English menus, with good vegetarian, pescatarian, and omnivore options and allergens marked with numbers. It was pretty empty at 8pm, but got busy at 9pm, but not unpleasantly so. I'm such a pizza fan that this pizza will actually out-rank some of the sights as one of my favorite experiences here.
