I recently had the pleasure of dining at this outstanding sushi restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for what would be a truly exceptional meal. The quality of the ingredients was extraordinary. Unfortunately I cannot even leave a good review, as we didn't even get to eat - having walked out about 15min after arrival. Firstly, upon being seated no one told us there were no menus, just very small QR placards on the table. When they did finally tell us that, we began to try order. There were no staff about to ask questions on any dishes, it was not busy at all .... They stood at the back on their phones.

We finally got an order together and got a staff member over. You don't actually order off your phone, they just come and read what you've selected off your screen. Why can't I just tell them what I want?? Even then, mid way through ordering the waitress walked off to go to speak to another staff member. At this point 15 min later, after expressing our frustration with the order process 3 times - in a very quiet restaurant we still hadn't ordered any food. Fed up and...

Very, very mediocre for the price and awfully small amounts. Felt like the service was profiled by the way people looked. Staff seemed passive aggressive. One of those places where being decorated pretty isn’t enough… rice didn’t have enough flavor, the yakisoba had a hint of burnt and sushi was also pretty meh. Overall...
