Kohinoor — Restaurant in Rome

Terrible place. I recently visited this restaurant and ordered Butter Naan. To my disappointment, the naan was not properly cooked and had a sticky texture inside. When I brought this issue to the attention of the male waiter, his response was utterly unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the problem, he sarcastically asked me to teach him how to make good naan. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I am perplexed as to why someone with such a disrespectful and dismissive demeanor would be in this business. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the quality of their food and customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I am disappointed that the restaurant chose to respond with dishonesty instead of addressing my concerns professionally. This story they came up only serves to illustrate their unprofessional attitude towards customer feedback.

Furthermore, it's important to note that my experience is not an isolated incident happened just with us. Many other reviews have mentioned the rude behavior of a specific male waiter at the establishment. Hi everyone.. we recently visited this restaurant and I have just one word 'pathetic...please avoid this restaurant if you can. We ordered masala chaas and rose Lassi before our meal and the curd was rotten completely..the taste was so bad so we informed the manager there but owner of this restaurant really needs to learn how to behave with customers..she immediately came out of kitchen and started telling us that their curd is not from outside like other restaurants and they make it at their place only thats why taste is like this...infact she transferred some of the curd in my plate and wanted me to try it..it was really bad..if your thing is bad thn learn to accept it..this was not my first indian meal in Italy..and while this conversation was going on with her someone screamed from the kitchen to not add these 2 things in the bill but at the end they still chrged god knows why and also rest of the food was very average I had indian food at other places too..and had some amazing experiences as well..but this was really really weird..so guys please avoid this place..there are many other options in Rome.. personally I would like to suggest Jaipur and...

Rude service, they hate their customers. I don’t know if they want to run a legitimate business or just some form of money laundering establishment. We saw the review before going and it was pretty good so we thought we can give it a try. We took a Uber there which costs us 35 euros because the place closes at 2:30 and we didn’t want to come there right before it closes. We made it there by 1:35, but as soon as we got there, the waiter looked very irritated, I don’t know if the owner is not paying their employees right or he was having a bad day, but he looked at us like he didn’t want us there. Long story short, the waiter told us they will be only serving buffet, while there were 2 families with menu on their hand, and waiting to be served. When my brother asked to look at the food to see what they have in the buffet , the waiter denied him and told him they only had 3 dishes available. So we decided to leave and told the waiter “we are good, thank you, and he replies “ok bye”. I was astonished by how a business would treat their playing...
