This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. We waited for 50 minutes until we got our food (we had three different orders). When we asked for help they just told us to wait but they helped the people who had a number that was fifty numbers ahead of ours. Everyone we asked was super rude and then it turned out that they had forgot our orders so they had to borrow our receipts to go and make our orders. Afterwards when we asked if we could get any kind of compensation they just said no and they didn’t even apologise once. The food was cold as well and our McWraps wasn’t even fully wrapped so when we opened the package the whole chicken fell out of it and landed on the ground, they forgot sauce in one of the wraps, forgot straws and napkins and we got Coke Zero instead of regular coke. This is the worst experience in my life, me and my friends work as team leaders at McDonald’s and this is absolutely insane behaviour. It’s a disgrace that this place is allowed to stay open and these workers were unbelievably rude and acted inappropriately when they should’ve listened to the customers. Old news, below: This was the most expensive experience of my life. AND, the only motive for giving a hoot ‘boat a Micky Dee’s… IT WAS MY VERY FIRST OVER-the-TABLE job. Pardon the snide remark or sarcasm or … this visit it just so happened the security guard THIS evening was THE rudest person to EVER have ANY right to be securitizing AT a McDonald’s. The slurs, fouls and worse vocab come to mind in respect to his behavior : absolutely horrifying! Was he lying about speaking (not) a lick of English??? Seriously, 16th century gutter attitude. If he DID speak a language IN COMMON – perplexed, full on — I have no doubt he would fully understand what the heck I was on about or after . . . . . WITHOUT the (wrong) bs.
*No dining occurred this evening… if worse came to worse, I can’t get there for the breakfast bacon. Hours just ain’t synchronise.

I had two visits to this McDonald's, and both were disappointing in different ways.
On my first visit, the staff were careless—she literally dropped a large number of fries onto the table. It was just unprofessional and unsanitary. The restrooms were disgusting, and out of the four sinks, only one was functional. It was clear that the place was not well-maintained.
On my second visit, I ordered ice cream and ended up waiting for 15 minutes without any update. The order never even appeared on the order board. When I politely reminded the staff, there wasn't even an apology. Just poor customer service overall.
I expect much better from a fast-food chain like McDonald's, but this experience was a letdown. I won't be coming back...
