I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was such an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience that I wanted to share it. Our family visited around 8 PM for a late dinner and ordered the fixed menu of sushi. A young lady staff kindly explained the menu in English and perfectly adjusted the serving pace. She carefully observed whether we had finished each dish and served the next one right on time — such thoughtful service. Even though we asked for extra wasabi and ginger several times, she always responded with a warm smile and brought them promptly. The sushi quality was excellent, just as good as what we’ve had in Japan or Korea, and though the rice was slightly soft and moist,, the overall taste was almost perfect. We couldn’t finish everything because the portions were so generous, so we asked to have the remaining sushi packed for takeaway. She prepared it neatly with wasabi, soy sauce, and chopsticks all included. I regret not asking for her name when we paid, but I’d like to express my sincere thanks to the young lady server who took such good care of our family around 8 PM on October 9. She truly made our dinner experience warm and memorable. ☺️🩷

Every week I try 2 different AYCE-Sushirestaurants in Rome for my refeed-day. Unfortunately I have to give just 3 stars, even if the fish were very fresh and the dishes very good looking... +++ the chef was a very symphatic guy and what I liked the most at Wafu was, that he prepared all dishes with passion and very thoroughly! He cut every slices slowly and fine. + - the taste was good, but often a bit too sweet due to the sauce... -I had to remember the waitress for missing things (edamame, which she forgot to bring). - - Because of the nice and thoroughly cooking, the waiting time was everytime quit long. (Longest waiting time I experienced so far in a AYCE-sushiresraurant here in Rome). - - - I didnt like the balance of rice and fish. I never ate so much rice at a sushirestaurant. Summary: Wafu is actually quit nice! But it should be run as an a la carte instead of a AYCE. In other words: It has much more potencial as high quality a la carte restaurant, instead of a AYCE-Restaurant. It offers both, but it should focus on a la carte in my opinion 👍

Vecchia recensione: All you can eat giapponese davvero unico.

UPDATE AFTER OWNER REVIEW 23.90 for what? Is another price now for AYCE? Because a few days ago it was 29.90 or are you saying that this is not true either? And I think you should correct the comment because there was not a single AYCE menu, because I was not alone at the table, so there were not 20 dishes for one person. So we refused only one product, the last one brought, because it was not what we expected it to be, we had already consumed the rest(7 products per person), and the waitress told us that we had to pay for it separately for the 2 AYCE menus. No one said thst we didn't have enough money, so we paid. Please correct the answer to the review because it is totally untrue, from the specified price to the presentation of the conditions. No one explained to us how AYCE works at your restaurant and maybe they should have, because not in every AYCE you are obliged to pay for a single uneaten dish.

Be careful to only order what you know you will like, otherwise you will pay more than the AYCE menu, even if it is only one dish... I left only one dish on the table, which really I didn't liked it and we were forced to pay it extra, with the price on the menu, even though we had taken AYCE. So, basically, you pay twice for a product that you...
