Trattoria Pizzeria da Armando — Restaurant in Rome

We were in Rome as tourists last autumn and lived in the area of Termini. We tried many places from the popular guides of Rome and on our last evening in Rome we decided to check out this restaurant because it was so close to home. And it turned out to become our favourite place in Rome. We enjoyed a very cozy atmosphere, people who obviously live nearby and go to their local fave place for dinner, family-run restaurant, generous size of food, the best steak we tried in Rome and very reasonable price. We loved it. Would recommend it to our friends...

Wow! Just some streets next to stazione termini you find this nice and cheap restaurant! We found it just during a walk and were amazed by the good quality, small prices and big food offerings. We only payed 30€ for two big pizzas, two Aperol Spritz, one beer and a big bottle of Coke. I think you can be lucky to finde such a good restaurants just some streets in the back of the tourist zone. If it wouldn't have been our last evening we would definitely have...

Very rude staff and disgusting carbonara. We had to wait a long time until they decided to hand us the menu (there were 4 waiters just looking around, not noticing that we would like to be seated). Our waiter was very unfriendly and unprofessional as he didn‘t even ask for preferences of the type of the wine. The carbonara we ordered was really disgusting. It tasted bitter and the pasta was totally covered by the sauce. We don‘t recommend this...
