Stopped for a quick lunch here after visiting the Vatican. I selected a prosciutto and onion pizza while MH selected a classic pepperoni. We both loved our pizzas (personal size). The crust was the perfect thickness. The cheese and toppings did not fall off when you picked up a slice, and the sauce was flavorful. While they did have a posted menu, I. Guessing you’d have to be there in a slow time to special order. Otherwise, you can just pick from the prepared, but uncooked, pizzas on the buffet. The chef pops them in the oven when you pick one, and they are ready in 5-10 minutes. Mh also got one of the famous fried rice balls with meet (Roman street food). I liked it while he loved it. The outside was crispy and the inside juicy. The place is small. I mean tiny. There’s the buffet line and a bar top next to that if you eat there. No full tables inside. So eat fast at the bar or take it to go. If we find ourselves back in Rome, we would definitely want to eat here again.

If you want to experience authentic Roman pizza or pinsa, this is the place to be! I absolutely love this spot—it’s located on a vibrant street filled with shops and just a short walk from the Vatican City and the metro station. As for the pizza, it’s simply amazing. Honestly, it was so good we couldn’t resist eating it before taking a picture! We tried the Classica Margherita, the Pesto one, the Diavola, and the Salami one at was a bit spicy. Every bite was incredible, but my favorites were the Salami and Margherita. You truly won’t find anything like this anywhere else. The service was warm, personal, and unique, thanks to our new friend Alessio. He was a true gentleman and gave us fantastic recommendations. I highly recommend this place—don’t miss it!

I decided to have pizza on my last night in Rome. I found this place on Google Maps and they did not disappoint. My only challenge was choosing which pinsa to try. Food: 5/5 - Choose your selection and it is baked to perfection. It was my first time trying a Roman-style pinsa & I loved it! Ingredients were fresh and tasty. A good selection of flatbreads ranging from vegetarian to meats. There's beer or soft drinks to enjoy with your pinsa. Atmosphere: 5/5 - nice ambiance. There's limited seating both inside and outside. Service: 5/5 - friendly Location: 5/5 - steps away from Piazza del Risorgimento. They're located on the street that is currently has construction.

We were visiting the area around the Vatican for the day and found cool this little spot just a few blocks away from the main entrance. We didn’t know the difference between Pisa & pinsa (it comes down to the ingredients in the dough and pinsa is meant to be healthier), but really liked the pinsas we ordered. And, it was a really great value with each one only between 6-7 Euro. There aren’t a ton of places to sit - we grabbed some stools at the counter - so be prepared to also order take away if there is no place to sit. Enjoy!

You MUST EAT HERE! The pizzas are cheap, delicious and minimal. The service is amazing and the guy behind the counter is very friendly and really makes an attempt for every language to understand what they can and can't do. Very humorous as well. An American tourist asked for sauce and he responded with: "here in Italy, we don't believe in sauce....this is not something you put on after food is cooked, very bad" haha. About 5 Euro a pizza. Not much seating, so you can always get takeaway.
