Stopped for a quick lunch here after visiting the Vatican. I selected a prosciutto and onion pizza while MH selected a classic pepperoni. We both loved our pizzas (personal size). The crust was the perfect thickness. The cheese and toppings did not fall off when you picked up a slice, and the sauce was flavorful. While they did have a posted menu, I. Guessing you’d have to be there in a slow time to special order. Otherwise, you can just pick from the prepared, but uncooked, pizzas on the buffet. The chef pops them in the oven when you pick one, and they are ready in 5-10 minutes. Mh also got one of the famous fried rice balls with meet (Roman street food). I liked it while he loved it. The outside was crispy and the inside juicy. The place is small. I mean tiny. There’s the buffet line and a bar top next to that if you eat there. No full tables inside. So eat fast at the bar or take it to go. If we find ourselves back in Rome, we would definitely want to eat here again.

If you want to experience authentic Roman pizza or pinsa, this is the place to be! I absolutely love this spot—it’s located on a vibrant street filled with shops and just a short walk from the Vatican City and the metro station. As for the pizza, it’s simply amazing. Honestly, it was so good we couldn’t resist eating it before taking a picture! We tried the Classica Margherita, the Pesto one, the Diavola, and the Salami one at was a bit spicy. Every bite was incredible, but my favorites were the Salami and Margherita. You truly won’t find anything like this anywhere else. The service was warm, personal, and unique, thanks to our new friend Alessio. He was a true gentleman and gave us fantastic recommendations. I highly recommend this place—don’t miss it!

Pinsa 'mpò, located on Via dei Gracchi in Rome's Prati-Vaticano area, turned out to be a delightful discovery during our visit to the ABNB neighborhood. This spacious restaurant, offering both dine-in and pizza to go, left us thoroughly impressed.

Our choice, a pepperoni and cheese pizza, was an absolute triumph. The flavors were authentic and delicious, arguably the finest you can find in the vicinity. What truly stood out was the minimal wait time once we ordered. In a city where good food often comes with long lines, Pinsa 'mpò proved that if you're not waiting too long to get your meal, it's indeed worth the visit.

The interior of the restaurant was another highlight. It exuded an inviting ambiance, making it a perfect place to enjoy a relaxed meal. The courteous and helpful host added to the overall positive experience, making us feel right at home.

In conclusion, Pinsa 'mpò on Via dei Gracchi, Rome, is a remarkable pizza destination near the ABNB neighborhood. Their exceptional pizza, swift service, pleasant interior, and friendly staff make it a standout choice. If you're in the area and craving top-notch pizza without the lengthy wait, this is the...

The tall guy I guess the owner was so rude with me when I asked tap water. He explained that they don’t give a tap water as I should buy it. I said it’s weird as everywhere I go I had no issues with that, but ok give me the bottle. He explained that this is take away restaurant which is why. I said buy they have tables and chairs to sit. It was my last evening of two days in total in Rome and the guy spoiled it completely. So I couldn’t stay seeing him and hearing him so I almost didn’t touch my wine and my pizza. He made me pay for it. And he called me rude. I must admit the other guy, his colleagues was nice. So it is not always reliable all the qualities of good feedbacks. I am sur he will reply to my comment saying I was rude. I don’t care, believe or not, I tried to be objective. Hope this evening I ll find another good place to erase this bad experience about Rome, where I am for...
