Ristorante L' Arca di Noah Pigneto — Restaurant in Rome

They brought our order wrong THREE times. They never mentioned there was house wine available, which was much cheaper than the bottles offered on the menu they brought and that we bought.

Then, wrote wrong prices on the check. When we mentioned the orders and the check were wrong, the waitress raised her voice, saying spaghetti and gnocci tasted the same 🙃 and that the other waitress was new (not at all apologising).

Also, the child of one of the waitresses was helping serving the tables (carrying glasses with alcohol). Quite unsettling

I have never written down an opinion on google before, but after the experience we had, giving our opinion is a must ! We tried to make a reservation online, but we didnt get a reply, so we ended up ringing the restaurant. Our flight got delayed and we arrived a bit late. There was no problem at all ! At the time, there were plenty of free tables. The service was excellent. The waitress couldnt be nicer. The food was amazing ! Best fruti di mari pasta that we ever had. I am absolutely in love with this restaurant. I have been visiting in Rome for two weeks and this place is my absolute favorite. I have tried the bruschetta, grilled vegetables, cacio e pepe, gnocchi, and tiramisu so far and all of it is amazing. I have been here three times and I plan to come again before leaving Italy.

If you are visiting Rome, skip the overrated tourist spots and come get authentic food with great service.
