I found this place on Google and it had 5/5 stars. The staff is VERY FRIENDLY and even opens up 15 mins early for us. 5/5 on the amazing staff. Unfortunately I can not say the same about the food. I got the chocolate fettuccine. It was pretty good. I enjoyed the flavor just lacked meat. My friends pasta wasn’t fully cooked and lacked flavor to me. I had a great experience at this bar! The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. I mentioned that I had an interview coming up soon, and they were kind enough to offer to turn down (or even stop) the music for a while so I could focus. Innanzitutto consiglio di entrare perché da fuori non ci si rende conto di quanto sia arioso e spazioso. Lo stile pulito ma anche ricercato, co particolari di gusto, sembra ispirato al periodo della secessione viennese. I pannelli che pendono ad altezza diversa dalle volte, oltre ad accogliere i faretti dell'illuminazione, probabilmente svolgono una funzione di assorbimento dei rumori. Noi, in due, siamo state a pranzo. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto a testa: un curry di verdure con riso basmati e latte di cocco, una insalata mista con semi, feta e frutta grigliata che è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Le materie prime sono ottime e per questo i piatti, apparentemente "semplici" risultano gustosi e ben calibrati sia negli ingredienti che nel condimento. Nell'attesa, ci è stato portato del pane in fette con vero e profumato olio della Sabina. Abbiamo bevuto solo acqua liscia e un caffè. Ci è stata offerto un delizioso dolce agli agrumi per "compensare" qualche minuto di attesa all'inizio per la verifica della disponibilità di un piatto che poi non è stato possibile ordinare.
