Fusion Café — Restaurant in Rome

I feel like we were actually cheated. My girlfriend and I are here because it was the only place open early for dinner and we had to wake up early to catch a flight. When we arrived we asked for "tap water from the sink" to avoid any confusion because we know it's common to get served bottles water. We were brought bottled water anyway. Alright, annoying but not the end of the world. Then when we ordered we waited and noticed that the kitchen lights weren't even on. He heard the man say "microwave" and a fewinutes later heard a ding and saw him take out our meals. We ordered a plate of lasagna and a plate of gnocchi. Both were small and both were clearly microwave meals. We were charged over €20 for two really bad microwaved pales and some water. It was honestly the saddest meal Iwe've had in a long time. A little after eating my girlfriend started feeling really sick. At this time I returned to the restaurant and asked for a refund, explaining that my girlfriend felt ill after eating there. After much explaining they offered to refund only half the meal because we "had drinks". We only had the water mentioned earlier for "drinks". Eventually I was able to get the refund. As an aside there was also no toilet paper in the bathroom. Save your taste buds, your sanity, and your money,...

I went here with a friend,with the hope to get a nice drink and a nice shisha after a nice dinner that we had nearby. But it turned to a real annoying night. We both ordered drinks and shisha without asking the waitress for the price.

The drinks was just ok, but shisha, well it was horrible. At first it didn t work at all and someone who loves shisha, knows that that kind of shisha and shisha tabac was pretty cheap. Ok, the taste was bad .. lets pretend it was my fault to choose the wrong flavour, but i smoked the hooka 5-12 times, together with a friend and then it seems like the hooka gave up his life. Bad taste and not real working hooka. At the end we paid 20 euro for just the shisha..

The reason was,because two person smoked at one shisha with just a single thing. I don t care if the flavour sucks, but the important thing is that it had to work .. 5 -7 times smoking at the hooka.. is not real working.

sorry but that was a little bit too high. It was my last visit there... horrified.. sorry!! Real annoying!!!!! Taking such a high price for sth that doesn...

Horrible experience. We had just arrived to Rome and were looking for a quick lunch. We ordered a margarita pizza and a chicken salad. Could not eat any of them. Pizza margarit was 8€ and it was a store bought frozen pizza!! In Rome you can get a fresh handmade pizza for 9-10€ depending on the location so it was shocking that they actually served frozen pizza. Chicken salad was full of salt which made it way too spicy to eat, and they did not ask me if I wanted salt...
