I was excited to come to this place because of the 4.7 star rating, and so many reviews were positive. But unfortunately the food was bitterly disappointing. The service was great, the staff were lovely, but unfortunately the food left much to be desired. We ordered the aubergine rolls with mozzarella and stuffed pear for starters, expecting the aubergine rolls to be the safe choice and having seen reviews saying it was delicious. Despite not being a blue cheese person, I found myself preferring the stuffed pear because the aubergine roll just tasted wrong - didn't seem fresh, the grilled aubergine was stone cold and it felt like the whole dish had been sitting prepared all day in the fridge. They brought bread to the table which was tough and sour tasting. Then the mains came - we ordered the risotto with Dublin prawn and spinach/ricotta ravioli. My first taste of the risotto had me grimacing due to the fishy taste and once again, I expected the ravioli to be the safe choice, but ended up preferring the risotto. The ravioli was swimming in tomato sauce which just tasted like tomatoes straight out of a can, and the pasta itself was nothing to call home about. The sad thing is that we had bought a frozen spinach/ricotta ravioli in tomato sauce from carrefour that we defrosted and ate at home and that was genuinely a lot better. But back to the risotto - despite my initial dislike of the taste, it was the lesser of two evils. We didn't end up eating any of the two and a half tiny pieces of scampi/Dublin prawn that we managed to extract with great difficulty from the shells after we discovered that one of them had gone off! It was only because it was late at night and we hadn't eaten all day that we managed to get these meals down. Our last dinner in Italy and it was so so disappointing. Once again, the staff and service was excellent, and the restaurant itself was cute looking with pretty lights but we were so thoroughly and utterly underwhelmed and borderline disgusted at the food. I don't usually write reviews but I'm genuinely horrified that this place had 4.7 stars. We felt tricked. The best part of the meal was the part of the pear that hadn't been tampered with. How can that be the case in Rome?? Please please work on the food, the staff are gems and deserve to work in a quality establishment!

Would not recommend coming here !!!! Service was absolutely terrible. The one blonde girl was very friendly however the other girl with the red hair was extremely rude, very forgetful and had a terrible attitude. We came as a group of 7 and split into two separate tables. They took all of our orders and when the food came out they had forgotten 2 of our meals and got one order completely wrong. When we told her our one was wrong she argued with us saying we changed it ? When my food DID end up coming out 20 minutes after I told them they had forgotten it. It was NOTHING LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE. I ordered the nachos with cheese MY NACHOS CAME WITH A MAYO SAUCE ON TOP ? And NO SALSA ? And then with the pasta which also was not rang in, came 20 minutes after everyone else’s, the pasta was NOT cooked. And the pork inside of it was extremely fatty. I’m so disappointed with the disgusting food. The only thing that I was able to stomach was my coca-cola. To top it all off we had a couple behind us with a yappy dog that wouldn’t stop barking the whole time we were there. ; edit: the day after I posted this review, I was walking past and I believe it was the owner, stopped me in my tracks and started getting very very angry about the review I posted. Started yelling in my face saying my review was not justified, basically harassing me on the street saying I was lying because we thought our food was good even though they didn’t ask us once if we liked it and half of us didn’t touch our food.

First, it pains me to write a poor review in any capacity because the food and wine was very good. However, the service was lacking. We had a young maybe Indian lady who was our server. She was very rude. We asked her for water multiple times and she finally brought it to us. She acted like she couldn’t be bothered because she was so busy setting tables, but there were not many people in the restaurant. At the end of the night, she charged us for two bottles of wine and two glasses and told my husband that it was obviously more expensive than the store. We are not stupid, we only had 4 glasses of wine in total. Not sure if we were being scammed or she is just not a nice person. Maybe having a bad day? Anyway, the kind gentleman server fixed the problem and we were refunded. Needless to say, the food was great, but we didn’t “feel good” about...
