Incredible pizza!!! When coming to Rome after a long flight we all were tired and in need of authentic Italian pizza. Luckily only a few minutes away from the hotel was this beautiful restaurant which was a great spot. Not only are the pizzas put into the oven before eating but they taste so amazing. I was in love with the pizza and yesterday got 2 whole pies of pizza I admit eating pizza in Italy can go bad fast as I consumed over 6 slices, but was not sick. Some of the nicest dough I've had in a pizza. You can eat 5-8 slices of this and not feel full. Definitely worth going out of your way for considering a lot of touristy places make do with just foot traffic and hype but not a lot of substance. We had multiple flavours but the one that stood out was the melanzane with buffalo mozzarella. Was so good we needed a second serving of it. Great pizzas for a very affordable price. Lots of authentic Italian options such as aubergine pizza. Price is calculated by weight but was extremely fair. Very friendly service.
