The Bliss Ristorante — Restaurant in Rome

We decided to try this restaurant based on the great rating it already had and as it was close to our hotel. We had a very friendly and attentive server who looked after us. The food was delicious, fantastic bruschetta and zucchini flowers followed by the classic carbonara with no flaws!

Sadly an English couple let themselves down as they were expecting the “British version” and decided to complain can you believe?! We were quick to let the chef know after eating ours in seconds that they didn’t know what they were talking about.

I stopped by this restaurant as it was near my accommodation when i recently went to Rome as a tourist.

Not all great places in Rome are found in the classic tourist area, so i am very delighted to say that this restaurant is a marvel of local cuisine!

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great. The staff was so kind to offer me a great experience at the restaurant and also very helpful with insights and recommendations that would make my visit in Rome one to remember.

This is definitely a place that, as a tourist, i will come back to enjoy whenever my paths will take me...

We chose the Bliss Ristorante because it has 5 stars. We were encouraged by the good reviews. The unpleasant approach of the waiter/manager effectively discouraged us from ordering anything in this place. I have the impression that it was caused by hearing English, because he treated people speaking Italian completely differently. As you can see, there is a distinction between locals and tourists in the place. I advise tourists not to visit this place. I am very sorry because for the first time in my life I have to give one star. I hope it was just a coincidence...
