This restaurant deserves 10 stars, not only 5. From the very first moment when we entered it, it was like homecoming. Being with friends or family who care about you and do their best to make you happy and satisfied. The atmosphere and the space itself were lovely. Newly furnited, in a nice and simple design but still very comfy. The wine and food were marvelous and super delicious. We came 4 times, tried half of the menu and it was always just super great. Especially pasta... You can watch video with amazing photos of meals from the menu on the screen in the restaurant. And I tell you something: when you get your meal, it looks exactly the same as on the photos but it tastes even better than you expected. And Matteo and other staff were just super friendly, funny and we liked them so much! And the chef was a Master, thank you! And don't forget to try Josephe salad...

English: A spectacular dinner at Il Triclinio. The carbonara was the best I’ve ever had in Rome – creamy, perfectly balanced, with beautifully crispy guanciale. The orecchiette with bisque and both raw and cooked prawns (the bisque is a creamy shellfish sauce) were also excellent, full of flavor and well balanced. For the mains, we had the pork belly, really well prepared, with an ideal balance of tender and lean cuts, topped with a great reduction and served with a side of leek and carrot sauce. The seabass in a lupini clams sauté was delicious, with a sauce so good it was impossible not to mop it up with bread. We really appreciated the variety of artisanal bread (rustic loaf, seeded bread, flatbread). Excellent selection of quality wines and liquors. The desserts were spectacular: tiramisu with artisanal ladyfingers, well balanced, and an artisanal maritozzo filled with chocolate mousse and real red berries. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive, offering truly personalized recommendations to help you discover the perfect dish and wine for your taste.
Read moreI can't give this place enough stars. I've never had pasta with a texture so perfect, and the surprising twist (tripe) on a classic (cacio e pepe) was flawlessly executed, with gentle meat that melted in your mouth. Wine pairing – magnificent. Service – warm and generous. But the dessert (latte cotto) is what made me hold back literal tears. I was transported back to my childhood, the taste of slowly baked milk caramelizing as I had it in Siberia with the surprising brightness of salt flakes making it feel fresh and new... I'm still thinking about it.
This place may be singlehandedly advancing all of Roman cuisine with its innovative takes on traditional Roman fare. Do...
