Tigre Supermarket — Local services in Rome

First visited a few days ago and was short changed, but said nothing!! Just visited and bought 4 items from very rude staff, unhelpful. After paying I noticed I was charge for 5 items and given short change by cashier!!!. I tried to communicate with cashier opening my hand, showing the change given and the receipt and she shouted something at me and waived me away. I went to the desk behind cashier showing my receipt and the change and the items I had purchased. In difficult communication I got the feeling they said I was lying. Two staff and I went to cashier and I opened my palm to show receipt and change. Again cashier shouted at me, opened the cash drawer took out some money and slapped it very hard in my hand. I shouted why she had hit my hand. Then about 5 staff surrounded me, telling me not to shout, and saying I had hit one of the staff on the hand, lies. We agreed to call the police, I waited 10min. no police came, so I thought I was not going to make head or tail of these staff, and just left. I then read other reviews of customers that also experienced rude staff and being short change. It makes you wonder does the COOP specially train their staff to act in this way. By the way the shelves were empty of many food products, fruit, drinks etc. which makes you wonder, are they closing nad getting rid of...

This place is terrible. Awful customer service and awful staff that clearly don't know how to do their job. I had a 15 euro purchase and all I had was 100 and i was only given back 75 euros when I was supposed to be given back 85. They wouldn't let me look at the cameras and basically ignored the fact that they messed up. Will never grocery shop at this store again. Learn how to do your job and have some customer service. Also, have a manager on hand because clearly the 3 workers there don't know how to run a store without...

This place is the worst!!!!!!!!! Went in to grab 1 bottle of wine which was 10 euro and gave her a 50, I only got 30 back. The staff couldn't have cared less that they just stole from me. When i told the security guard to check the cameras he said i would have to go to the police to play back the tape. From the looks of the other comments I was not the first person to get scammed by them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! Also know a friend that got bread from here and there was bugs in it. Seriously the worst...
