Marco Barletta Pizzeria — Restaurant in Salerno

faccio questa recensione per la mia esperienza. prenoto il tavolo a cena il 24 agosto in questa pizzeria, prima dell'orario vedo in giro il pizzaiolo e la cameriera che affissano questa promo su tutti i pali di Salerno, ovviamente senza depennare il dolce, che già da 2 settimane non è disponibile( lui dice che manca il pasticciere, vabbè...) e già questo gesto non è professionale... Arrivo nel locale, attesa poco perchè era presto come orario, mi arrivano dopo 5 minuti delle chips già fredde, un pò bruciate come da foto, cmq immangiabili( lui dice che per via dell'essiccatoio per togliere l'olio, bah), secondo me le prepara prima siccome non ha personale in cucina.... infatti un altro tavolo è andato via dopo 5 minuti senza mangiare le chips, erano delusi... questione pizza normale, non mi ha fatto impazzire, dolce come già detto non c'era( ovviamente senza avviso sui volantini, quindi chi non chiama prima e chiede, va li e non trova il dolce, questo già da due settimane, se vedete qualche altra recensione). parte finale, pagamento, vado vicino alla cassa ed ecco la furbata: Pagamento con pos non disponibile per intervento con la banca... non so quella scritta da quanto tempo sta lì così, sta di fatto che il POS è obbligatorio, ovviamente pagando in contanti non verrà dichiarato tutto... siccome 1+1 fa due ed ecco che anche lo scontrino non è fiscale, non LEGALE, come potete notare nella foto! PREMETTO CHE VADO SPESSO A MANGIARE FUORI E SO BENE CHE QUESTO NON è UNO SCONTRINO FISCALE E NON C'ERA NEMMENO UNA SECONDA STAMPA DOPO , SICCOME HO VISTO... MI FA PIACERE CHE UN RAGAZZO VUOLE MIGLIORARSI, MA PRENDERE IN GIRO LE PERSONE, NON DICO CLIENTI PERCHè IO NON CI TORNERò SICURAMENTE, NON è UN BEL GESTO! QUINDI di negativo : PATATINE APPENA PORTATE FREDDE E IMMANGIABILI, DOLCE NON DISPONIBILE SENZA DEPENNARE SUI VOLANTINI, POS NON DISPONIBILE E SCONTRINO NON FISCALE!! positivo l'aspetto del locale, carino e ben curato. pizza normale. SCONSIGLIATO PER LA POCA PROFESSIONALITà E CHIAREZZA!

RISPONDO QUI SOTTO AL PROPRIETARIO CHE HA RISPOSTO: IO PARLO ITALIANO( PUNTO 1) ,( PUNTO 2) NON SONO LA SIGNORA DELLA BIRRA, PUNTO 3( HO CONSUMATO TUTTO E HO PAGATO); PUNTO 4 QUESTO FA CAPIRE PALESEMENTE DA COME MI HA RISPOSTO, CHE LEI NON STA SUL POSTO E QUINDI NON SA LE COSE !! HO CHIAMATO IO PERSONALMENTE PER PRENOTARE , quale toscano e via dicendo.... ripeto se qualcosa manca, il volantino va aggiornato o depennata la parte del dolce... e il pizzaiolo l'ho visto io intorno alle 18 del 24 agosto a Salerno centro, siccome prima di andare in un posto mi leggo le recensioni e vedo le foto... QUINDI TRANQUILLO CHE SONO ABBASTANZA SVEGLIO! PIù SINCERO DI COSì DA PARTE MIA è IMPOSSIBILE! ACCETTATE LA REALTà ! CMQ DALLA RISPOSTA NOTO CHE VOLETE FARE I FURBETTI E NON...

Very disappointed! When we tried to order, they told us that nearly all meals except pizza were sold out. So no starters... The pizza diavola was ok (very little cheese and made without motivation, but good tomatosaufe), but the frita was really diaspointing. The montanarona should be with mozzarella di buffala because we couldn't see the bufalla we asked if its the right pizza - answer was yes (so we thought it might be inside the pizza fritta) since there was non inside we asked again and we're told "probably the bufalla is finished today". No sorry, nothing! In the end there was not even a discount or anything and we had to pay coberto as well. Worst service ever. Especially if a pizza place has the name of the owner and the whole history of the owner who makes the pizza printed in the menu, there should be at least some kind of motivation to satisfy...
