By far the best meal we've had in Salerno. So fresh, so delicious
The staff was exceedingly friendly and happy. For a 2euro service fee, there is mineral water, sparkling water, AND red & white wine on tap. Serve yourself... yes, you heard that right- water & wine on tap.
The menu changes but based on everything we had I'm going to expect whatever is on the menu is worth tasting.
A complimentary starter of pasta cresciuta (fried pizza dough balls), we said "Oh, will just have a couple..." ended up eating the entire plate.
My boyfriend had the fusilli with sweet green peppers- photos don't do it justice but it was a good sized portion and absolutely delicious. Fresh pasta and dainty but flavorful sauce.

I felt really bad because we accidentally over-ordered, and ended up wasting food. Also I could see the 2 servers were super busy...

I tell every person I know visiting the Amalfi coast to eat here. I only vaguely remember the dishes I had at this point (I recall some phenomenal, melt in your mouth tuna). I do remember that the small plates were some of the freshest food I'd eaten and had some wonderful flavor combinations and that the waitress was very friendly and patient, as my Italian was a bit rusty. The atmosphere was fantastic, cozy and welcoming.
I can't wait to return in a few months and plan to update my...
