Small hidden place to have a simple though delicious meal in San Gimignano. The place is quite small and packed with wine bottles which make the perfect atmosphere. The menu consists basically in a great variety of bruschetta, salumi and cheese, of course combined with a great variety of wines. It is a family run business and at peak time it may take a while for you to eat, but staff is super friendly.

Family run business - very welcoming - menu whilst limited is good and there is a great selection of wines both to have with your meal but also a wider selection to buy - owner is very knowledgeable on the different wines. Visited twice during our 10 days in San Gimignano- only shame is that opening hours and days are limited - but if you catch it open well worth the visit.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable of his wines. The Vernaccia he poured was outstanding. We tried the tasting menu. Most of the offerings were very good. Even though we did not love everything, it was a great experience offering a wide variety of local fares. After all, that is why we like the tasting menu because it gets out of our comfort zone.
