They are absolutely RUDE and never accepted their fault. We made an order-one cappuccino two latte and two croissants But one server gave three croissants and only a cappuccino and a latte. Okay we didn’t make complaints for the croissant and just paid it. But i asked a latte again but he didn’t bring it so I couldn’t get the coffee. It was his mistake and he should have brought it directly cus it was his mistake. Also i didnt want to have a croissant without coffee. So I asked them for cancellation but they said they are already making it and they can’t And i feel like I’m being a bad costumer who can’t wait for it. It was passed for 15mins after getting the previous serving. Also The thing is their behaviour and words were EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and I was totally upset. I told them it was not my choice it was his mistake but THE WOMAN is totally aggressive again. i don’t know why she and another guy were so offensive for it may be we were asian? We arrived as a group of six, excited for a nice evening, but from the moment we sat down, the service was absolutely terrible. The waitress acted like she was doing us a favor by even speaking to us—barely engaged, gave no explanations, and showed zero willingness to assist. It was clear that we were not welcome.
Realizing the situation, we decided to cancel our order before any food arrived. That’s when things took a turn for the worse: we were met with sarcastic applause from the owner, who went on to call us “stupid” and told us to leave his town.
This was, without a doubt, one of the most humiliating restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. No customer deserves to be treated this way—especially not by a place that claims to offer hospitality.
