My worse restaurant experience ever!

We didn't even get to eat... We stood at the restaurant entrance. I caught the eye of the nearest waiter and said "Buona sera". He ignored us. We waited a little longer. We went further into the restaurant. A young waitress came and stood right next to me, ignoring us totally, and studied the wall menu as though she wanted to learn it by heart. Another waitress passed close to me as though we were invisible. They seemed to be mocking us. I have never had such appalling treatment in a restaurant ever. Avoid...

Kasada bekleyen genç çalışan tam bir dolandırıcı. Turist olduğumuzu anlayınca bize yalan söyleyerek kazıkladı. Menüde ve hiçbir yerde yazmamasına rağmen ekstra 4 euro servis ücreti aldı. Başka bir arkadaşımızdan da 3 euro almış, mesela hesabınız 32 euro tuttuysa 35'e, 26 euro tuttuysa 30'a tamamlayıp adına da servis ücreti diye yalan söylüyor. Turist olsak da buranın "caperto" alınmayan bir yer olduğunu anlayabilecek kapasitedeyiz... Böyle bir dolandırıcıyı aralarında barındırmazlar umarım. Yoksa bizim gibi Google'dan bulup mekana gelen turistleri zamanla tamamen kaybederler. Bize hizmet eden yaşlı hanımefendiye ise selam ve sevgilerimizi iletiyoruz.

Il giovane impiegato che aspetta alla cassa è un completo truffatore. Quando ha capito che eravamo turisti, ci ha mentito e ci ha derubato. Ha addebitato un costo di servizio extra di 4 euro anche se non era scritto sul menu o da nessuna parte. Ha preso 3 euro anche da un altro nostro amico, ad esempio se il tuo conto costa 32 euro lo somma a 35, se costa 26 euro lo somma a 30 e lo intesta a titolo di commissione di servizio. Anche se siamo turisti siamo capaci di capire che questo è un posto dove il "caperto" non è accettato... Spero che non nascondano tra loro un simile truffatore. Altrimenti, col tempo, perderanno completamente i turisti che li hanno trovati su Google e sono venuti sul posto, come noi. Mandiamo i nostri saluti e affetto alla vecchia signora...

Nice little restaurant on the side of the street. There are some tables outside but more on the inside. The menu is straightforward. The pasta we had were both very good. Good pesto 👌

Only four stars because: We were there at lunch and some very noisy guests and obviously friends or at least acquaintances of the waiter were there with us. The waiter did not try to calm them down - he rather chimed in and almost completely ignored us. Should take better care of the...
