Read moreNós chegamos às 21:15. Tinha muitos lugares vazios e queríamos sentar para comer pizza. Mas a atendente disse que só poderíamos pedir take away, pois em meia hora estava fechando. Porém no Google e na porta mostra que fecharia as 22:30. Decidimos pedir. Perguntei para ela, “posso pedir?” Ridiculamente respondeu que ela não é Pizzaiolo. Que devemos pedir no balcão para pizzaiolo. Ok. Fui pedir para pizzaiolo.
Peguei dois refrigerantes da geladeira e levei para balcão para o balcão para a moça cobrar. Ela cobrou 45 euros. Enquanto esperávamos, que daria para sentarmos e comermos, percebemos que ela esqueceu de cobrar as bebidas. Fui para balcão de novo e disse que ela não cobrou as duas latas e queria pagar. Ela disse “ok” e cobrou. Sequer disse obrigado!
Eu sou dono de restaurantes no Brasil e sei como trabalhar com público. Um restaurante bom desse não merece ter um atendente...
