UNPLEASANT.

We stopped by just to grab some gelato, but the experience was frustrating from the start. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, like it was their first day. We were understanding—mistakes happen—but the real issue came after.

We sat outside (where many others were also seated) to enjoy our ice cream, only to be aggressively shouted at by a waiter claiming we were in the "restaurant" section. Despite explaining we’d be done in a few minutes, he escalated the situation by yelling at us to leave immediately. He created a completely unnecessary situation and unpleasant because a lot of people were watching us because of his aggressive screaming at us.

The gelato? Average at best. We’ve had much better...

This place was really nice, the gelatos were so good that half of us took extra two scoops before we left, the service was really nice and good, and the person handing out the gelatos was really nice and had a fun way to put the gelatos on the wafer cone, the music is nice, it’s in between of everyones music taste and it plays at the perfect volume. The atmosphere was nice, and the decorations fit the place really well, i’d recommend this place to anyone walking by and i hope this restaurant a good future. If we ever come back to this city we will certainly come by here again for...
