Molto spiacevole dirlo, ma è il peggior ristorante cinese dove abbia mai mangiato. È la prima volta che giudico un ristorante in un modo così drasticamente negativo. Il locale ha un aspetto banale senza un minimo di gusto in nessun aspetto, dall'arredo alle decorazioni, all'abbigliamento del personale. Sono andato in gennaio e il mio caldo maglione non è servito a non farmi sentire freddo. Menù scadente sia per la presenza di piatti italianizzati, che niente hanno a che fare con la cucina cinese, sia per la scarsa varietà, molti sono la ripetizione dello stesso piatto con la variante del solo del condimento. Appena seduti ci portano un piattino con le nuvole di drago, l'occasione per assaggiare i condimenti, la salsa piccante è gradevole mentre la salsa di soia ha un solo gusto, quello del sale. La marca è Kikkoman, ma il gusto non corrisponde e farebbe pensare che via via le bottigliette vengano riabboccate con un prodotto di altra marca, che sia una mia idea? Possibile. Comincio con l'ordinamento la zuppa Wantun che abbandono dopo il terzo cucchiaio, sapore anonimo con prevalenza di sale. Passo poi agli spaghetti di soia con verdure e spaghetti di riso con curry. Porzioni super abbondanti, ma lontano mille miglia di come dovrebbero essere. Ho mangiato le stesse pietanze in decine di ristoranti cinesi e le ho sempre trovate gradevoli e adatte su miei gusti. What can I say,after a full week of delicious Italian food, this restaurant has been a true gem. The food is refreshing,delicious and flavourful. Not to mention,one of the cheapest and best value eats in Siena. Coming from a multicultural environment, my friends and I were craving something a bit lighter compared to the dense cheesy,carb filled meals on our trip.
