My family is on a tour of Italy. We are traveling from Louisville, KY in the US and the trip is a choral tour with my university. I gave this context because we ate at this little restaurant during a day excursion from Florence to Siena. We didn’t have mutime between the end of our guided tour and our set time to be back at our coach bus for lunch. My mom had noticed this place on are our guided tour, so we dropped a pin in Google Maps and returned for lunch during our free time. They were SO accommodating! They let us recharge my mother’s mobility scooter while we ate and made sure to sit us at a table next to the charging outlet. Little things, but they really helped ease some of our anxiety. The food was, of course, the best part. My mom and I both got the sea bass dish and my sister got something else. The cappuccinos were also excellent and they humored my sister and I by adding a bit of chocolate to them. The food was again, excellent, and out to us very promptly. They were attentive to us being on a time crunch to get back with our group and expedited service as much as possible. We SO appreciated everything and, God-willing, will be back...

I don't recommend this restaurant, because they forced me and my family to pay, although we did not eat anything. We just seated at the table where the waiter indicated (a very unconfortable table), they brought us the menu (a printer -printed piece of paper with very poor variety of food) and a bottle of water I didn't order. After checking the menu and after we decided we are not confortable eating there, we decided to leave without ordering anything and without drinking anything (the bottle of water was unopened). Because of that, the waiter forced us to pay coperto (9 euro) and the bottle unpoened (2,5 euro). So, this is why this establishment...

Seemed like a nice place. Sadly the waiter appeared to have forgotten about us. 4 couples who came in after were served first. The waiter and chef peaked out TWICE and realized they’d forgotten us. All I got was a “sorry for the delay”. Delay my eye!! I watched them. They erred and didn’t own up to it. Then he seemed rude. But eventually we were served and it was good. Wild boar stew! So, poor service, arrogant staff. No tip for you though you had the gall to charge a sitting fee. There’s your tip. Fortunately, all the other restaurants were much better and attentive. To the staff, you are in a country where tourism pays your bills. Lose...

Food was reasonable... I wouldn't say it was great. The Caprese salad was really not great compared to some I've had. The fresh pasta was great but the ragu left a little to the imagination. The staff were all really nice but the service was poorly coordinated and felt like staff were busy but running in all directions. We got water glasses and no water... We had to ask for water and to order a drink after 10 minutes of our waiter walking past us. We waited so long for a glass of wine at the end we cancelled them and paid and left. Great location and should be great restaurant.

We stopped here for dinner at 8pm in a rainy spring Monday night and didn’t know what to expect. It was very good! The service was excellent, our sever spoke English. The menu was in both English and Italian. We shared the Tuscany soup—so tasty! It had white beans and Kate! The chef came over to our table and showed us the best way to eat the soup, with plenty of extra virgin olive oil. We ate the lamb chops, salad and roasted potatoes. So yummy. We shred all of the dishes we ordered and had a bottle of red wine. Very tasty. Great service. Great food.
