Avoid! Would give zero stars if possible.

• Waitress was immediately rude and offhand for no reason • Chicken Masala wine sauce: raw, cheap gristly meat, inedible. Side salad, no seasoning or dressing, just badly chopped lettuce thrown on • Partner’s Maccheroni Norma arrived 15 min earlier, so undercooked the pasta crunched. • No staff on the floor, no check-in, couldn’t get help, I don't believe in making bad review unless you mention it there and then and give them opportunity to fix, how's it possible without staff, not too busy, unmotivated maybe • No wine list, just €8 “house” red or white • No locals eating — always a bad sign • €44 total with mandatory €8 service charge not worth a cent

Is this really the famous Sicilian cuisine? I hope not. High ratings make no sense, change of staff? Budget cuts? Maybe original reviews were just friends and family.

I would be ashamed to serve it my children! The food was so poor quality that I did not expierence this not only in Italy, but also in my home town ( I come from the very touristic town). I was served the pasta with breadcrumble ( no sardines inside) and the accompaning person got sth like no more than 100 g veal steak with a lot bread crumble. For pure bread crumble lovers, but...

So disappointed. Had read reviews and expected much better. The bruschetta was so hard it was difficult to cut, the calamari was extremely tough and the main courses were brought before we had got halfway through the starters. The steak was only lukewarm and the vegetables cold. Will not...
