Wouldn't recommend. If I start with the positives the staff was friendly enough. Positives kinda end there. We ordered couple pastas and side dish. The other pasta came to table cold, seriously cold. When I told about it to the waitress ("the other pasta was cold when it came") the waitress replied that I mean the parmiggiano right. I did mean taht portion and the fact that se knew wich one of the portions was served cold told me that they did it with full knowledge. My pasta was something that I really wanted to just leave on the plate after first bite. Plane whole grain pasta with cream & pepper mixed to it. You would think that the chefs would be proud to present dishes that the customers cant replicate on their home easily, thats why you come to restaurant. But when they serve dishes that taste more blant than ready-to-eat microwave meals from store its just sad. I eat the portion just so I didnt feel so bad about the money I just spent on plain pasta with cream.

I ordered tap water, yes water from tap. I received and was charged for bottled carbonated water.

When I went to pay the order I was supprised to pay 55€ for two pastas. Wgen inspecting the receipt (I wanted to see how much did they charge for "service") I noticed that the whole receipt was wrong. They did kindly correct the error but it turned out that I had paid the nearby tables bill for 4(?) People?

But again, the staff was friendly. Maybe if the other dish would have been warm and I would have chosen another dish the experience would have been medicore. Didnt try the pizzas, seemed okay when watching them being carried to...

I regret to say that my recent experiences at a previously beloved establishment have left me quite disheartened. During my visits last week, I encountered several disappointing occurrences that marred what was once a favourite dining spot of mine.

Despite requesting a table outside in my reservation notes, I was informed upon arrival that outdoor seating was not an option. Furthermore, I had preferred not to be seated indoors due to concerns about the air conditioning and heat from the pizza oven, yet we were placed near the kitchen.

Upon being seated at 8:30 pm, it took a considerable 10 minutes for the menus to be provided, and there was some delay in receiving the appropriate number of menus. Additionally, after finally placing our drink orders, we were informed that all food orders would be delayed for 40 minutes. Our actual food orders were not taken until 9:10 pm, and we did not receive our meals until 10:40 pm. While the pizza was satisfactory and the burrata was aesthetically pleasing, the prolonged wait was not justified, and the quality of the fishballs was lacking.

It was evident that the staff were attempting to manage a challenging situation, although their lack of experience handling such circumstances was noticeable. The arrival of an inexperienced representative from another branch further compounded the issue.

Regrettably, I must carefully reconsider my decision before contemplating a...

The restaurant it self was nice. The lighting was WAY to bright and the music was quite and inconsistent but the atmosphere was the only good part.

The staff we not trained and seemed to either be understaffed or they just did not know how to serve. Every table in our area had problems. We just sat and watched all the disappointing faces.

The food… oh my, just don’t go. I’m shocked at the quality of food served. The “meatballs”… are not meatballs. The pastas were over sauced, thick and pasty to eat. We were forced to order a pizza as two of our dishes were so bad we had to send back. Which we very rarely do. After waiting, like others, for way too long, we had to ask for the pizza to be taken away and ate at home. Great experience….

Did the staff consider removing the uneaten food that was sent back… r consider a discount as we had to ask for our order to be taken home… no. We had to pay full price for all items even though the meal wasn’t touched. And no, this isn’t an Italian thing where restaurants don’t take items off bills, they just refused here and said “that’s how food is made in Italy” well, no it’s not. This is how bad food is made in Italy.

Please, what ever you do, don’t go here. You will want to as the prices are really good. But you, along with so many others, will be disappointed too....

It was cozy and sweet designed and the staff handled the full restaurant very good. They took good care of us. All in all we were happy with our food and drinks but we have a few ideas to make it better: The vegan green salad could use a touch of freshness and something fruity, also it needs more sauce and all together more rice to make it more filling. The tempeh was a very nice addition for me as a vegan but it also needed a bit more sauce hence the tempeh itself is naturally on the dryer side. The polenta fritters were amazing! We think that the portions sizes could be bigger. We were very hungry and ordered shared starters and main course but weren’t really full. But generally we loved the concept and the anti-alcoholic drinks. Also for people with celiac disease the perfect spot. Thank you for an amazing time at the restaurant!

3.5 stars, rounded up because the food is fabulous. This was my second time here and everything tasted so good. I got a vegan and GF pizza and the vegan cheese tasted just like goat cheese. The polenta bites were also a fave. The service needs work though (which I remember from my visit a year ago). Our waitress was friendly but slow. Apps came out at very different times—one after the pizza arrived. My pizza was made incorrectly and the waitress caught it, but I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be re-made while my husband ate his. Overall, I would visit again just for the GF-goodness, but would be mentally prepared (again) for the haphazard service.

We had high expectations based on the rating and the aesthetics, but were unfortunately disappointed. The waitress was nice, but the male host was rude and service was really slow. We waited 20 min for a menu (restaurant was half empty), and when we wanted to order our top choices were all no longer available. It would have been nice to know beforehand which dishes had been 86ed. My pasta dish was bland and flavourless, which is especially sad when you’re in Italy. Perhaps the pizzas are better. It’s great that they have options for food intolerances and dietary restrictions, but for these prices I would have expected much better food.
