The bubble tea was nice, the atmosphere was also nice - they have both indoor and outdoor seats. Price is also quite reasonable. But it was mostly the service that I have so much to complain about. One male staff was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. From the way he talked with the other staff, he might be the owner?
As a context, when I came, they had two kinds of menu: one on an A5 paper, and one on a laminated A4 paper. We were mostly interested in the coffee options when we saw on the laminated menu. And besides, we really needed to go to toilet so might as well sit around and drink something at a cafe.
When I asked the male staff at the cashier, he said there’s no coffee with unfriendly and almost angry tone without giving any explanation. Then I tried to bring the laminated menu and showed it to him, saying “you have it here, no?”. And by then he looked quite angry and said “no” with a higher tone.
We ended up buying the cheapest option of their bubble tea for takeaway, and used the toilet right away while they’re preparing the bubble tea.
One last ugly treatment was the way he called me when the bubble tea was ready. He called me in unrespectful and unfriendly tone, without smiling, without saying anything. He put the bubble tea on the cashier table after calling “Heh” and pointing at the bubble tea indicating me to pick it up by myself, and turned his back on me before I came to pick up.
Luckily, another staff picked it up and handed it in to me with a smile and saying thank you. He needs to learn how to treat a customer.
Suggestions: First of all, at least hide those menu you don’t serve anymore. Update it. Don’t cause any confusions if you’re lazy to deal with customer’s questions!! Second of all, at least give an explanation on why you don’t serve those options you put on your menu. Is it only for a certain period of time? Is it completely removed? Or what? Learn how to...
